2- Cigarettes are ordered when we receive your purchase order and invoice you. Not before. Export, duty free and GCC cigarettes are available Made in USA, Swiss made or made under Swiss authority. Duty free goods are available and GCC are special request and subject to availability. Stock lots are offered only when available.
3- GCC and GCC Duty Free are made for us in the Middle East and Europe on production runs, and we can receive them in approximately 7-14 days.
4- Most payments (except GCC cigarettes) are done through third party freight forwarder escrow services for the security of our customers. Currently we are using Loendersloot in Rotterdam, Steinweg Sharaf in Dubai and MCS in Miami FL.
5- In some cases, we can accept ILC payments from a major world bank. This is particularly useful for contractual agreements of 12 months or more.
6- Inspections are conducted by SGS at our expense. Should the buyer request another inspection service, they are welcome to do so at their own expense.
7- All prices are quoted Ex Works Bonded Warehouse at the freight forwarder where the inspection will be held.
8- Transportation of goods on our part is handled by CEVA, one of the most reliable and reputable transport companies in the business. Sold goods must be shipped at the owner's expense.
9- The buyer may be present at any inspection, however, no buyer may go to any manufacturer's facility directly at any time.
10- Each sales contract additionally requires a confidentiality agreement binding all parties against circumvention and non-disclosure of information.
11- All product is guaranteed fresh. No samples are available.
12- All product is guaranteed original and includes all necessary documentation for exportation.
13- All buyers are required to have authorization to either wholesale or retail cigarettes with the affected manufacturers if using European Ports. Dubai is still a no questions asked port though due diligence will still be performed.
14- Photographs of 6 sides of one pack, one carton and one master case will be provided to the buyer along with the required documents after inspection. Photographs prior to inspection are not proof of stock and are not provided.
